A systematic, trouble-free process is designed to enable companies to set up their establishments in the yard. It offers maximum flexibility and strong customer support to companies, which are associated with the marine industry.

The Real Estate division has warehouse units, which are fully flexible, with space available from a 100 square metres, with the potential to expand up to several thousand square metres. Warehouses are available as shells, with custom build-outs offered to customer specifications. Office units can be built within warehouses if desired. These can have all modern amenities and are individually metered.

Modern office units are also offered within the Yard premises. All offices have telephone, high-speed Internet and air-conditioning as standard.
